Showcasing extensive engagement in the community sector, with 3 years as a team leader in Disability Residential Service, 1 year as a team leader in Day Disability Services, and roughly 5 years in Child & Youth services.
Accumulating 3 years of invaluable experience in the Mental Health, AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs), and Homelessness sectors.
Garnering around 3 years of hands-on involvement in Aged Care, which significantly enriches my professional journey.
Additionally, boasting 2 years of direct experience in Support Coordination.

At Navigate Starts, Ricky bring an immediate trauma-informed, therapeutic, and holistic approach to support individuals. We are adept at negotiating during crises, specialising in housing , allied health, and connecting participants to mainstream interfaces."
